Excluded are some personal items such as artworks, books and the dresser in the guest’s kitchen. Items such as the computer, house furniture, Suzuki Vitara and second BBQ are negotiable.
The Fig Tree B&B is on two separate titles, they could be combined for asset and valuation purposes.
